A residential car park has one job: residents get in without waiting, and everyone else does not get in for free. Everything else — guest access, monthly fees, reports — is a consequence of that. Our system handles it without a guard on site.
What the basic setup includes
- Barrier or gate at the entrance and exit. If you already have working ones, they usually stay.
- Licence plate recognition. The resident does not open a window or look for a card — the barrier opens as they approach.
- Controller and software — tariffs, resident quotas, guest access and reporting.
How residents and guests get in
Each apartment is linked to a number of cars. If a resident wants to bring a second vehicle, that is either a second paid space or a guest entry — the system counts them separately, so you can see who actually uses the car park.
Guests are handled by the residents themselves: a resident generates a single-use QR code and forwards it by messenger. The code can be limited to a few hours, one entry or a specific day. Nobody calls a dispatcher, and you still have a record of who entered and on whose invitation.

Timeline
If the mechanics are already there and only the control part is needed — from one week. A full installation usually takes a few weeks, and the longest part is rarely the work itself: power supply, foundations for the pedestals and approvals with the management company take more time than the hardware.
Common questions
Do we still need a guard?
Not for the car park to work. Entry opens by plate or pass, payments are cashless, and disputes are settled from the system log. A guard is only needed if you want physical control of the territory — that is a security question, not a parking one.
Can we limit the number of spaces per apartment?
Yes. The limit is set in the system, and guest entries are counted separately from resident subscriptions.
What happens during a power cut?
The car park keeps working: an uninterruptible power supply is part of the set, not a paid extra. The controller also keeps access rules and tariffs locally, so recognition and subscriptions work even without internet — data syncs once the connection is back.
